What is your refund policy?

Due to the nature of our services - all payments are 100% non-refundable, especially if the project has begun and/or work (including proofs) has been issued. Refunds are totally unacceptable unless something goes wrong on GoodGirl Graphics' end that is beyond our control, such as Acts of God, injury, illness, computer issues, etc. Having buyer's remorse or simply wanting to use another designer is not a suitable means for a refund. Coming prepared, having a clear vision and communicating responsibly are essential to avoiding any issues where one may feel the need to request a refund.

What is your turnaround time?

The standard timeframe for most A La Carte services is 7-10 business days (not including weekends or holidays). The timeframe for packages vary. Check the particular service you want for a more precise timeframe, as all times vary. If ordering multiple services at once, the turnaround time for the overall completion of your project will increase. You'll be shown those details on the client portal. The turnaround time begins after all information has been received. Delayed responses will push the turnaround time. Turnaround times do not include revision times. Revisions may take up to 2 business days.

What is your revision policy?

You will receive 3 complimentary revisions for all services during the creation period. After that, any additional revision will result in a $15 fee per revision. Revision fees must be paid before the changes are made. Changes needed on a service AFTER the project has been closed will incur a $25 fee per revision, even if you haven't used all of your free revisions.

Creative Control

When booking a designer, it's very important that you:

  1. make sure the designer's style matches yours and what you're looking for
  2. come with a clear vision for your brand.
We understand that sometimes you might have a creative block, which is totally normal for us. You must be able to trust the designer and their inputs, as they specialize in building brands. With that said, if you don't know what you want and you're giving us creative control, you will be given little to no revisions during the design process. What this means is, you waive all design rights to your designer to present the best design based on the information given on your form.


What payment methods are accepted?

Purchases made thru the website are processed via Stripe. All invoices are sent thru Wave Invoices and we also accept Interac E-transfer (Canadian clients). If you want to make a purchase using e-transfer, please send your request via e-mail.

What are your hours of operation?

We are open from Monday - Thursday: 10am - 7pm. We are closed from Friday - Sunday and all statutory and Islamic holidays. Response and design time are made during our business hours, so please allow 24-48 hours to respond to all inquiries/requests.

Communication + Client Portal

After you've made a purchase and filled out your form, you will be given access to your ClickUp board, which will have all of your project details, updates, status of your order, revision form, due dates, Google Drive folder and more. All communication will be done via e-mail or Clickup for paper trail purposes. If you would like to make a change, add a service, ask a question, etc. don't hesitate to shoot us an e-mail. We don't typically reach out to clients unless absolutely necessary.

How long do you keep files?

We will keep your design files on our system for 3 calendar months from the project close date. If the client needs to make any changes to the design, it will result in $25 per change. After 3 months, the design will be wiped from our system and the client will have to reorder.

Do you accept deposits?

Full payment is required for all services under $500. A 50% deposit is offered for services above $500 with the remainder being paid by the end of service.

What files will I receive?

Depending on the service, GoodGirl Graphics provides the following file formats: .JPG, .PNG, .PDF. PSD & AI files are the sole property of GoodGirl Graphics and will not be provided under any circumstance.

What do I need before purchasing?

You need:

  • To read the terms & conditions thoroughly
  • High-quality/professional photos, depending on the service(s) booked.
  • A CLEAR VISION. It is imperative to come knowing what you want. If you can't explain everything thru text, you can send a voicenote, a Pinterest board, moodboard, inspiration folder, etc.
  • A positive attitude! No one wants to work with a nitpicking, negative Nancy.
